• Dates - The younger portion of this group will be off for the summer. Any athletes going into 4th and older can participate in the combined age group (4th-12th) practices (no cost). Please email anicholes@alpinedistrict.org for info on these combined practices for Summer and Fall.

• Who - This class is for wrestlers in 1st-7th graders with 2+ years of experience.

• Class Requirements

  • 2+ years of wrestling experience

  • Ability to listen well, pay attention, not distract others.

  • committed to attending 90% or more of practices (we know life happens)

  • Compete in at least 3 regular season tournaments, and superstate.
