  • As a dad and coach in the Timp program, I have been impressed with the amount of support my son has received in all the different levels he has participated in. The coaches are fun but still focus on the fundamentals. These fundamentals are creating a strong program that will continue to grow and be successful. I highly recommend the program to anyone.

  • Being an alumni I credit almost all of my work ethic, grit, success and friendships to the Timpanogos wrestling program. Having coaches that focus on building their wrestlers to be hard working, strong willed athletes, but even better men is all the reason to recommend this program. And now as a coach I’m still humbled to see the championship mindset we focus on both on and off the mat. And with the growing coaching staff from all the alumni that want to come back, there’s more one on one focus and opportunity to get that extra help. That’s why I recommend the Timpanogos wrestling program.

Wrestling is just one of the many things the boys are taught in this program. My sons were taught so many valuable life long skills❤️ I'll be forever grateful for Coach Nicholes, his wife & family for creating such an amazing program!

  • Great program for any wrestler regardless of their skill levels. Both of my sons love Timpanogos and all the coaches. One of the things that I appreciate about Coach Nicholes and the entire program is that they not only care about developing great wrestlers, but great human beings. I have had the chance to interact with many of the coaches and wrestlers from all grade levels and they are all tip notch. I can't say enough great things about their program.
