Dates - This group is off for the summer and will resume in November (2024)
When -
Who - Pre-k/Kindergarten athletes. Class caps at 10 athletes. Boys and girls are welcome. Parents are welcome to watch out of the way.
Why - This class introduces young children to the sport of wrestling. This class is a mix of wrestling, tumbling, games, and overall physical literacy. We design this class to be a blast, and help kids generate interest in wrestling. No Olympic medals will be won in this class ;)

Wrestled for Orem High School. Graduated 2016.
3rd year coaching with Timpanogos Wrestling Club
Loves the outdoors. Runs his own fly fishing guide business.
Works professionally as a carpenter.
