Dates - Nov 6 - Dec 11
When - Wednesdays from 5:00-5:45 PM or Thursdays from 4:00-4:45
Who - Pre-k/Kindergarten athletes. Class caps at 10 athletes. Boys and girls are welcome. Parents are welcome to watch out of the way.
Why - This class introduces young children to the sport of wrestling. This class is a mix of wrestling, tumbling, games, and overall physical literacy. We design this class to be a blast, and help kids generate interest in wrestling. No Olympic medals will be won in this class ;)
