Dates - This Group is off for the summer and will resume in November (2024)
When -
Who - Any 3rd or 4th grade athletes with less than two years of wrestling experience. Both boys and girls are allowed in this class. Parents are allowed to watch as long as they are out of the way.
Meet Coach Knudsen
5th year coaching with Timpanogos Wrestling Club
Two year Varsity starter/Captain for THS. THS Graduate 2016.
Coach Knudsen has an amazing work ethic in everything he does. He has excelled in wrestling, college, family, and coaching.
You could not ask for a better man to be coaching your kids. He loves being involved with the Timpanogos Wrestling club and helping youth build confidence, accomplish goals, and grow as individuals.
